We are welcoming Band 5 staff nurses to come and join our older adults mental health inpatient team. We support the older adult population of Walsall at Bloxwich Hospital.
This is an exciting time to join our team as we will be moving into a purpose built, dementia -friendly new building within the next 2 years and you will have an opportunity to be part of this project.
We are a friendly, supportive and inclusive team providing individualised nursing care to people with dementia and other mental health needs.
We promote clinical supervision and group supervision.
We also understand the strength of multi-disciplinary working with other health professionals to meet the needs of our patient population.

Responsibilities include supporting senior staff in the day-to-day running of the ward, with development and coordination of person-centred care planning, care reviews and care evaluations.
