Are you a mental health nurse or allied health professional looking for an opportunity to interact with numerous professionals in a job that gives you an overview of clinical systems and demand?
If so this Job could be for you!!!
The role of Bed manager is available for two motivated and adaptable band 6 clinicians to help manage the bed flow through the mental health and learning disability services.
The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of mental health services across the county and knowledge of the current pressures both locally and nationally.
If you are lucky enough to be one of the successful candidates for the GHC bed manger position you could be surprised by the opportunities this role may bring to you. In the role you will be encouraged to build working relationships with professionals across the trust with a focus on hospital flow.

The post holder must have the ability to multi-task, prioritise and problem solve in a calm, focused manner. Flexible working is both supported and encouraged and at times necessary to meet patient needs.
About us
This post requires the post holder to be able to undertake all statutory and mandatory training and post holders must be able to undertake physical interventions. Fitness for physical intervention will be assessed by Occupational Health.
