We are seeking to recruit dynamic and motivated specialist mental health practitioner (RMN, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist) to join the new East Midlands NHS Gambling Harms Service. You will be responsible for providing high quality evidence based interventions to individuals who are experience gambling harms including individuals with complex mental health issues.
The East Midlands NHS Gambling Harms Service will be a based on a 'hub and spoke model' providing care and treatment interventions to individuals experiencing gambling harms throughout the East Midlands. A high proportion of the interventions will be through video consultation, however, face to face work will also be a treatment option and you will be required to meet the travel demands of the post throughout the East Midlands.
Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for ensuring the provision of high-quality patient services that are clinically safe, evidence based, delivered cost effectively and meet the Trusts' Standards. The post will involve working closely in collaboration with our Psychological Therapies department at Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Trust.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to be able to work with teams as well as on your own initiative are essential.

- Demonstrate experience of working with service users with complex mental health
- Demonstrate adequate post registration clinical experience and expertise that will include core NMC or AHP competencies .
- Mentoring Practice Experience
