You will join our team on Talygarn ward which is a 20 bedded, mixed sex, mental health ward based within County Hospital in Pontypool. We welcome applications from student nurses due to qualify outside of Wales, as well experienced nurses who wish to work either full or part-time. We adopt a flexible/blended approach to rostering, including 12 hour shifts, to ensure that you are able to manage your work/life balance, so tell us what you can work and we will try to accommodate your needs.

We will ensure that you have access to both managerial and clinical supervision, and actively support individual well-being. There are also career development opportunities, a huge range of courses that will help you grow and succeed. Main duties of the job

As a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will ensure people with mental health conditions receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting good teamwork.

No two days are the same, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, but also a good amount of routine.
