Main duties of the job
You will provide specialist advice and consultation within our Learning Disabilities Division on Trustwide service and quality improvement programmes relating to the prevention, reduction and management of violence, aggression, restrictive practice and promotion of personal safety.

You will deliver training to staff and joint work/offer input and advice to complex cases ensuring that care delivered is person centred, recovery focused and evidence based.
