This is considered a prestigious post and is highly recommended for aspiring clinical leaders. Applications are welcomed from doctors in postgraduate training and other professionals as set out in the person specification who have an interest in organisational change management.

You can also contribute to an agreed local leadership project aligned to service developments (eg Hospital at Night initiatives, HPBOS and Emergency Hub developments).

Opportunities exist for the Darzi Fellow to undertake up to three sessions of clinical work with relevant services. You will have access to mentorship and both local and regional training events.

All Darzi fellows participate in the PG Cert Leadership in Health Programme with LSBU which will include support through action learning sets, coaching and mentoring and a local immersion week into all facets of the health and social care system.
