Within the HUB there are 3 pathways dependant on services users needs and not diagnosis. All service users are able to access interventions such as Peer Support, Individual Placement Support, Coaching, Specialist Therapy and ongoing support etc. Interventions are delivered both as groups and individual 1:1 sessions, with a focus on a trauma informed holistic approach to health care. The HUB works closely with third sector agencies including the Crisis Caf in Milton Keynes, local VCSE as well as MKUH and the Local Authority.
