Main duties of the job

Your hard work and training can now be put into practice here with us at Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL) . We are looking to recruit eithernewly qualified RMNs, RNLD, RGN's, health visitors orfinal year Nursing studentswho are looking to take their first, exciting steps in working in one of the biggest mental health and community trusts in the UK.

We are also looking for more experienced nurses to enhance our workforce, and recognition of previous experience can be discussed at interview.

Job description Job responsibilities

  • You will be a either a newly qualified registered nurse, in your final year of studies or already have a few years experience under your belt.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
  • Aspire to deliver excellent standards of care
  • Demonstrate a high level of compassion for patients and their relatives
  • You will possess sound clinical risk assessment and management skills
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and on their own initiative and respond creatively to service provision and service user needs
  • Maintaining accurate, legible, comprehensive records
  • Safeguarding people by recognising and responding when an adult or child might be at risk from abuse but also recognising their own limits and asking for help and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Escalating safety concerns and by doing so acting as effective advocates for those who use our services
