An exciting opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified Physiotherapist or developing Band 5 Physiotherapist to join the MSK Physiotherapy service within Leicestershire Partnership Trust (LPT) based at Rutland Memorial Hospital.
We are looking for someone who embodies the LPT values, who is motivated and responds well to supervision and is enthusiastic about the profession and willing to drive service improvement.

Main duties of the job
To be responsible for providing a professional Physiotherapy service and managing an agreed caseload under the supervision of Senior Physiotherapy staff
To provide Physiotherapy assessment and treatment to patients utilising face-to-face, telephone and video consultations
Be able to prioritise your duties and manage your time within a busy MSK environment
Place patients at the centre of their care and promote a collaborative relationship using effective interpersonal and communication skills
Be able to work well both individually and as part of the wider MSK team
Actively participate with Clinical Supervision and In-service training as demonstrated through evidence-based practice
Be able to be flexible to meet the needs of the service

Person Specification Qualifications Essential
- Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy.
- Registration with the Health Care Professionals Council or pending qualification
