An opportunity has arisen within the Involvement, Recovery & Wellness Centre for a Resource, Engagement & Participation Manager to lead, coordinate and deliver the Expert Patient Programme and Engagement activities Cheshire Wide.

We are looking for an experienced, driven and highly efficient and organised person that is flexible, enthusiastic, assertive and able to to take responsibility for the day to day management of the teams administration, including supervision and appraisal.

Main duties of the job

To lead on the coordination and delivery of the Expert Patient Programme, Cheshire Wide, in strict alignment with EPP DoH Licence requirements and CWP policies and procedures.

To lead, develop and deliver Involvement, Participation, Engagement activities Cheshire Wide.

To be responsible for the day to day management of the teams administration, including carrying out supervisions and appraisals.

To contribute to effective multi-disciplinary working, build and maintain positive working relationships with all team members, and other services within the Trust, to ensure effective interface and continuity of care between disciplines and services

All new clinical support staff will be required to have completed or working towards the Care Certificate (CWP In-house 2 day training to be completed within 6 months of start date).

Please note applicants will be required to pay for their DBS check. Costs are deducted from salary following appointment.You are encouraged to enrol for the DBS Update Service. A small annual fee of £13 per year applies.

New entrants to the NHS will commence on the minimum of the scale stated above.
