You will participate in weekly MDT meetings and contributing to overall service delivery and improvement. You will offer mentoring and clinical supervision to your junior colleagues as required.

You will also have access to videofluoroscopy and FEES local services to instrumentally assess and rehabilitate your service users' swallowing difficulties. We encourage you to accompany these appointments for your won professional development as well as optimising joined up care.

We are a friendly, supportive and cohesive team and within CTMUHB there are plenty of opportunities for clinical supervision, CPD and development as well as a strong priority placed on staff wellbeing.
