Are you passionate about staff health and wellbeing? You will be part of a small committed team of psychological professionals which provides psychological assessment and treatments for referrals of health & social care staff from a range of acute care, social care and primary care settings. You will also deliver team interventions and reflective practice groups as appropriate and psychoeducational workshops. You will be involved in outreach work across a range of settings and some travel will be required.
Main duties of the job
To provide psychological assessments, formulations and therapeutic interventions to individuals, both remotely by telephone and video and in person face to face.
To provide team interventions as required, in response to team requests for support and in response to serious incidents.
To conduct outreach work across primary care and/or social care to promote the service, give presentations, and respond flexibly to requests for support.
Flexibility of approach and attitude is essential and some travle across the City is required.
