Jubilee ward provides care for older adults who are frail and have acute functional mental health difficulties or dementia. We aim to provide holistic health care to our patients who are often vulnerable and may lack capacity to decide upon their care needs. Jubilee ward works in partnership with patients and carers and is registered with Johns campaign.

About the role:

As a Staff Nurse at West London NHS trust you will be based at Jubilee Ward, St Bernards Site, Jubilee ward is an 18 bedded acute admission ward for older person with 9 female and 9 male service users. You will join a high performing team to provide the best mental and physical healthcare to our vulnerable patients.

Our service runs 24 hours every day of the year, and we offer a range of shift patterns to suit the needs of our nurses.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential
  • NVQ Level II in Health & Social Care or equivalent
  • Willing to complete NVQ Level III in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
  • Mandatory training up-to-date.
Experience Essential
  • Experience in the application of the competencies required to achieve KSF Core dimensions.
  • Experience in the application of essential processes as detailed in KSF outline indicators.
