Do you want to be part of developing the referral management pathway across CAMHS? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Team Lead with a focus on pathways and referral management - this will include strong links with inpatient team.
Main duties of the job
Main duties of the role may include, but are not limited to; coordinating services, developing care plans, being present during ward rounds and contributing to discharge planning, as well as chairing relevantmeetings.
