The East Midlands Forensic Mental Health Service, Arnold Lodge, based in Central Leicester is a 102 bedded Medium Secure Hospital providing in-patient Forensic Psychiatric Services for adults with Mental Disorder and a history of offending behaviour aged 18 and above.
Arnold Lodge provides the highest standards of evidence-based therapeutic care, which includes vocational and recreational opportunities. Clinical knowledge and expertise to ensure we consistently deliver a quality service to all the patients in our care across 3 care streams: Male Mental Illness, Male Personality Disorder and Women's Service. We are looking for Staff Nurses who are resilient, passionate about nursing and patient centred. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and understand the need for developing positive therapeutic relationships with our patient group. Applicants need to be enthusiastic and committed to working as part of a dynamic team.

The unit works on a rotational 24 hour shift pattern which includes days, nights and long days. You must be an RMN or completing a qualification in Mental Health Nursing and be registered with the NMC.
