We are looking to recruit physiotherapist at Band 5 level to join our Musculoskeletal service in Knowsley on a permanent basis. We need a Physiotherapist who is able to manage a caseload of various musculoskeletal conditions. The post is ideal for anyone looking to specialise in MSK physiotherapy.
You will have the opportunity to work at sites across Knowsley and gain a wide range of experience within an MSK position. You will carry out specific physiotherapy assessments, which will include goal setting and treatment planning, and implement these treatment plans across a varied caseload.
You will be responsible for your own patient caseload. You will be committed to a person-centred approach to your work, have an ability to prioritise and work flexibly. You will have the opportunity to develop your musculoskeletal skills and knowledge through patient management, clinical supervision and a comprehensive In Service Training Programme.
The role will involve regular travel across multiple sites . Therefore, the post holder must be able to meet the travel requirements of this post. Please indicate on your application how you meet this requirement.
Main duties of the job
To work within Trust clinical guidelines, HPCP and Registrant Body guidelines and to have a working knowledge of national and local standards and monitor own practise against these.
