The post holders will work closely with the multi disciplinary team in their locality. They will offer assessment and treatment interventions with older people in their own home through a recovery approach.
Main duties of the job
The main duties of the job includes being responsible for a caseload of older adults with mental health difficulties. Offering assessment and therapeutic interventions in their own home through a recovery approach.
The caseload will be varied with both functional and organic illnesses.
