Are you looking for an exciting challenge to lead a fast-paced multi professional Older peoples Community Mental Health Team in the diverse City area of Bradford?
Are you wanting an opportunity to expand and enhance your management and leadership capabilities within a experienced and motivated team?
If so, we are looking for an experienced Mental Health professional to lead our commitment to providing high quality specialist mental health care and treatment to Service Users in the City of Bradford.
The role of the Team Manager will be to further develop and establish an integrated way of working and providing patients with seamless services across mental health which match their needs at the time. You will be actively involved in the Transformation of our community mental health services.

Main duties of the job
Within your role as Clinical Team Manager the services you shall manage are within the Older peoples Community Mental Health City Team .
The role requires highly developed skills in both clinical and management supervision, performance management, risk management and an overall approach that is both engaging and supportive to the team and service.
You will be supported to continue on your leadership journey with the support of the Clinical and Service Manager.
This offers exciting opportunities for the successful candidate to innovate and implement evidenced based approaches to enhance the delivery of the highest quality care

Person Specification Professional Essential
- oMinimum of 3 years as a practising professional in an acute mental health environment
- Management experience
- Professionally recognised nurse, Social Services or AHP qualification.
- oAble to integrate and work within a multi-disciplinary team and in complex service structures
- Evidence of further formal management study and/ or qualification
- Experience in both health and social care
- oDemonstrate commitment to equality and respect for diversity
- two year -A minimum of two years working in mental health services or experience working with service users who may have neuro development conditions in a statutory or voluntary capacity or life experience i.e. active carer role, or have undertaken volunteering etc.
- Evidence of further formal management study and/ or qualification
