**We are looking for newly qualified RMNs and RNLDs who will be graduating and looking to start their new careers between January and May 2023. If this is you then keep reading!**

CNWL is recruiting for the next cohort of Nurses interested in joining our highly successful 18 months Rotation and Development (RAD) Programme for newly qualified Nurses. Our fantastic programme allows our newly qualified nurses the opportunity to work in 3 different environments across both inpatient and community settings.

Your development is our passion and you will begin your career in an exciting role as part of CNWLs RAD Programme! You will be thoroughly supported to complete your preceptorship as part of the programme and in addition receive protected study days on each rotation to facilitate your learning and development.

The RAD Programme opened my eyes to opportunities and experiences that I never knew I even wanted. After 18 months I had skills from the inpatient services, I knew how to handle a caseload in the community and I knew how to complete a full assessment. I would never have gained these skills if I had not been on the programme. - RAD Graduate 2022
