The successful candidate will lead a number of community teams and will have overall responsibility for the delivery of a range of complex clinical interventions delivered by multi disciplinary teams.
The post requires collaborative work across the wider organisation as well as other local and regional system partners.Person SpecificationQualificationsEssential
- Relevant professional qualification (ie: RNLD; DipOT; CQSW etc)
- Significant experience of leadership or management role in learning disability services
- MDT experience. Evidence of commitment to successful multi-disciplinary and partnership working.
