We are looking to recruit newly qualified or final year Mental Health Nurses to join our well established and highly skilled multi-disciplinary teams.

We are looking for new team members in the following pathways within the Buckinghamshire Directorate: Crisis services, Community CAMHS, and our Adult and Older Adult community and inpatient teams.

Job description Job responsibilities

In the inpatient pathway, you will be expected to complete Positive engagement and Calm Environment (PEACE) training to undertake physical Interventions and/or Breakaway techniques and Intermediate Life support (ILS ).

Person Specification Education Essential
  • holds or working towards a nursing degree and NMC Registration
  • is aware of how to safeguard the welfare of vulnerable people.
  • aware of current infection control challenges in nursing.
Experience Essential
  • experience of working with patients experiencing mental health challenges either through placement or working as a HCA.
Skills Essential
  • good communication skills
