A great opportunity has arisen to join Warrington Recovery Team. We are looking for an experienced and dedicated B6 Senior Nurse Practitioner to join our MDT. You will work alongside experienced and supportive colleagues, managing a caseload under CPA approach.

Warrington Recovery is a highly regarded, well led service, providing care, treatment and support to service users with significant mental health needs, in the Borough of Warrington.

Our operating hours are Mon to Fri 9-5. Our office base is Wakefield House.

Main duties of the job

You will work as part of an experienced and supportive MDT, providing care treatment and support to service users with significant mental health needs, within the Borough of Warrington.

You will act as care coordinator for a complex caseload of service users, working closely with MDT colleagues and wider, partner services and agencies, to provide holistic care that is evidence based, NICE concordant, within a Recovery based approach.

You will have relevant experience and knowledge of this role and be highly motivated to help deliver excellent care and achieve positive outcomes for our service users and carers.
