Joining our small, highly motivated Clinical Audit Team the Clinical Audit Facilitator Specialist will help teams in their assurance and improvement activity.

This is a great opportunity to work for NSFT and work with a range of people across and beyond the Trust.

Main duties of the job

The main duties include:

Supporting learning about the role and benefit of Clinical Audit

Facilitating teams to meet their assurance goals

Supporting teams who have joined quality networks and seeking to obtain accreditations

Providing analysis of the results from clinical audit, using a range of methods

Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust is the main provider of specialist mental health services for the counties of Norfolk and Suffolk, serving a population of 1.6 million people. We are a large organisation covering a wide geographical area divided into ‘Care Groups'. There are also Care Groups supporting children, family and young people’s services, and specialist services, including Forensic mental health services.

Each Care Group has its own Leadership team, with the aim of supporting clinically led decision making locally, to support the needs of people accessing services. 

We have inpatient facilities across both counties with smaller bases in rural locations. Many of the Trust’s services are offered in the community, enabling people accessing services to receive the support they need in an environment familiar to them.
