The post is based at Musgrove Park Hospital (MPH), Taunton Acute.
Rotations occur every 4 months with current rotations being:
The workload will be flexible and, at times, will involve the provision of service in locations other than specifed.
To take a full part in the on-call and weekend rota, (following a full induction programme).
This post will be part of the delivery of the physiotherapy 7 day week service including Bank Holidays and you will be required to participate in the rota system i.e. work 5 days within a 7 day period.
This is a post graduate 'training post' in physiotherapy where the post holder is supervised. Mentoring is available on all aspects of patient care and more senior staff are always available on site The post serves to:

The post rotates through acute surgical, medical, neurology, stroke, orthopaedics, ITU, respiratory, coop wards, outpatients,Integrated Rehabilitation team and the joint emergency therapy team.
