Fantastic opportunities have arisen to recruit passionate, dedicated and highly motivated registered mental health nurses that are excited to be part of Discharge focused/ reintegration services based at Endeavour House, Northcroft , Erdington, Birmingham. We are looking for inspirational, innovative and creative individuals who are dedicated to and passionate about caring for people with mental health needs. You will need to possess high quality clinical and interpersonal skills to contribute to and deliver high quality and compassionate care, to service users at the point of discharge.

Main duties of the job

You will be working within a Multi-Disciplinary Team in providing recovery focused, patient centred care. Staff are required to demonstrate multidisciplinary and multiagency working by actively leading discharge planning, seeking funding and acquiring appropriate accommodation. Endeavour provides specialist care for service users that often have complex discharge needs alongside their mental health needs. Supporting recovery through: reintegration, providing holistic treatments; promoting social inclusion, self-management, personnel autonomy and independence.
