We invite you come and be a part of our revolution; we are looking for passionate individuals who want to gain specialist skills and establish their careers.It is an exciting time to be a part of the Women's Forensic Service, we are passionate about the care that we provide to our service users and are looking for dedicated professionals to support the life changing work we do.Development and Training is key to staff retention, we will support you ever step of your career progression through specially designed courses that meet the needs of our dedicated staff members. At the end of the first year working in Women Services, we will fully fund an appropriate degree course. You will also have the opportunity to take part in apprenticeship courses to enhance your opportunities to climb up the career ladder to clinical team leaders and ward manager level.We are actively recruiting for staff nurses where experience in Forensic Services is not essential; we are looking for passion, commitment and drive with focus on delivering world class patient care.If you are interested in joining our team, please register your interest by completing an application form by 6th Feb 2023 .

Main duties of the job

Then, join us for the day on 8th February 2023for the recruitment day, where there will be opportunities to meet and speak with staff and service users and look at the service, which we are very proud of, for yourself. On receipt of your application you will be invited to attend an interview on the same day as the open day and if successful make you a conditional offer to work in the Women's Service.

We will be having talks from our brightest, best and most influential staff members who will give valuable insight into their profession, the trust and our Forensic Services.

Come and hear first-hand about the services we provide and from the service users themselves - you will be impressed!We will be requesting references. Please ensure you include email addresses for your referees which MUST be at supervisory or managerial capacity covering the last 3 years of employment to date to avoid delay in the recruitment process.
