A fantastic opportunity to join a new and dynamic team supporting Young people in Wigan and Bolton has been created . The development of the Ealing Model for GMMH community CAMHS. This is a role that will truly enable you to make a system wide difference to children and families who are experiencing difficulties associated with complex autism and learning disabilities. It is a chance to work with a Multi disciplinary team system partners in set ting up a service aligned to the Ealing Model, but also drawing on your knowledge and expertise of the needs of this population. It is an exciting and transformational project.

Main duties of the job

You will work alongside colleagues that include, nurses youth workers SALT psychiatry etc.. in the mobilisation of this model across our localities in Wigan and Bolton , linking to the dynamic risk register work and working alongside families. You will also be responsible for supporting colleagues and wider system partners on the development of other Autism projects to bring them to mobilisation and recruit to key roles to take over their implementation. While you are working on this critical project.
