We’re working collaboratively with patients and families, primary care, social care and the voluntary sector to improve responsiveness and experience, and deliver place-based mental health systems that meet local need.

As a result of our transformation of our community mental health teams we have an exciting new opportunity. This role will hold a caseload of complex patients and work alongside the CMHT manager and team leader and will support clinical decision making in the team.

The successful candidate will need to be highly motivated, enthusiastic with excellent communication and organisational skills. They will need to be forward thinking, able to engage patients, families, staff and work in partnership with system partners and wider stakeholders.

High level of clinical expertise is required with a relevant therapeutic and/or nurse prescribing qualification.
