Hours: 37 Hours Per Week (including occasional evenings and weekends)
Salary: £20,988 - £22,602 per annum
Location: Portsmouth
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the form of a Peer Recovery Practitioner to support our service user communities within Portsmouth. The Peer Recovery Practitioner will work in partnership with service users along with Primary Care Networks (GP surgeries), Solent NHS Trust Mental Health Teams and external agencies and stakeholders. The Peer Recovery Practitioner will support people who are experiencing mental health issues through short term goal focussed support to enable service users to take control of their own recovery.
