An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Deputy Team Co-ordinator to join our team in Louth Older CMHT. If your are a Registered Health Care Professional, with current professional registration (NMC/HCPC) we want to hear from you.
Louth OACMHT supports Older Adults with complex mental health problems over 65 years and provides specialist memory assessment and treatment for adults of all ages.
The role of the Deputy Team Co-ordinator is to support the Team Co-ordinator and provide clinical lead expertise to the MDT Team. The deputy post is an excellent opportunity for managerial development and can support successful applicants with career progression.
Key duties include:-
-Managing a defined caseload with a focus on working with indiviudals who
Have memory difficuiltes and mental health problems.
-Ensuring that the clinical pathways are embedded into the team.
-Support quality improvement Initiatives within OACMHT
-Support the Team Co-ordinator with operational developments initiatives and
-Deputise in the Team Co-ordinators absence.
You will be supported in your professional development and you will be offered leadership training such as Band 7 ready now, Mary Seacole Programme, and Professional Development via the leadership teams portfolio of courses. Regularly clinical and management supervision will also be provided.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who wishes to take the next step in developing clinical expertise and experience within a leadership role.
This is an enhanced Band 6 post, which has additionally £1000 per annum pay.
