We work collaboratively with our service users to enable them to understand more about themselves and their relationships, to find the courage to face challenges and to learn to live with new confidence, strength and kindness. We have a strong commitment keeping lived experience and a sense of community at the heart of what we do.

You will be fully supported and empowered to make a difference and to creatively develop new ways of working. The successful applicant will be offered regular supervision, reflective practice and access to relevant training including (MBT) to support professional development.
