Would you value being part of an experienced team that is known for being welcoming, inclusive and flexible, with an approachable leadership team that is committed to putting staff wellbeing and patient safety at the forefront of our service?

As a team, we are passionate about providing a service of the highest quality that is safe, effective, compassionate, and responsive. We are a multi-disciplinary, integrated team including Peer Workers, Employment Specialists and a Recovery and GP Stepdown Lead. We also work closely with our colleagues based in the Primary Care Networks.

We have an opportunity for a qualified Senior Mental Health Nurse to join our team in Southampton Central Community Mental Health Team, working with adults with severe or enduring mental health needs.

We welcome practitioners who are looking to develop in their career and have interests in developing their therapeutic skills. We would also encourage band 5 applicants who are looking to develop and progress to a band 6 through an individualised development programme.

All requests for flexible or part time working will be considered and we are happy to discuss a mix of remote and office-based working with the successful candidate.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in central Southampton, a diverse, multi-cultural area which also has two large universities on its patch.
