An opportunity has arisen for a clinical lead post in East Birmingham at the Zinnia centre.
The Clinical Lead will work across the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) providing, clinical leadership and clinical expertise
They will be responsible for providing additional leadership and guidance to team members in risk assessment, risk management and positive problem solving and lead on debriefs following incidents.
Main duties of the job
The clinical lead will work alongside the team manager in ensuring that clinical standards are monitored and evaluated, and ensuring high quality, safe and effective care is delivered to our patients.
They will lead on ensuring safe management of referrals, timely discharge of individuals and supporting the Primary Care interface.
The clinical lead will also carry a small caseload as determined by the manager.
