Clinical Lead (Nurse or AHP) - Band 6

Due to the service expanding the level of senior Band 6 staff required within the inpatient wards an exciting opportunity has arisen for a number of highly dedicated Nurses / AHPs to join our inpatient Mental Health Teams across Coventry and Warwickshire.
We welcome applicants who are committed to improve care for people who require inpatient mental health services and innovate practice within a ward setting. Applicants will need to have substantial post registration experience.

Main duties of the job

The post holders will be part of the Nursing teams across a specialist care pathway and work a span of duty including weekends and nights to ensure that a high level of quality care is maintained. As part of the role you will support the Ward Manager in all aspects delivering safe care to patient group and with an emphasis of ensuring quality and safety is maintained with thin the ward at all times.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential
- Relevant Professional Qualification i.e. RMN,
- NMC
- Evidence of continuing professional development
- Substantial experience working in an acute care setting
- Significant experience of undertaking assessment, formulation, risk assessment and positive risk management
- Excellent written communication skills
