JOB PURPOSE- CAMHS ADHD PHARMACIST/NURSE PRESCRIBER
The post holder will support a named Consultant Psychiatrist by managing a delegated caseload of service users that have an established diagnosis and treatment plan for Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD). The post holder will provide on-going appointments, prescribe medication as necessary and undertake all associated physical and mental health monitoring.
Pharmacist prescriber will also be accountable to and supported by the clinical Pharmacist lead for the CAMHS services.
The post holder will be line managed and responsible to the Consultant Psychiatrist.
