CBT Therapist - Band 7

Full time / part time hours available, permanent role

We are looking for 2 CBT therapists to join our expanding Eating Disorders Team. With new money under the Transformation plan for Eating Disorders our team is expanding in the plan to deliver a home treatment team, an ARFID pathway and extending our age range. The team is a friendly team, eager to develop and work with anyone interested in supporting children and young people with an Eating Disorder.

This includes CBT-E, CBT-T and CBT for comorbidities such as Anxiety and Depression. In addition, the service is planned to expand, including the development of an ARFID pathway, and it is envisaged clinicians will be offering CBT-AR in due course.

The post holder will contribute to the embedding of the CBT principles across the service considering workforce, outcomes and caseload flow so as to ensure as a service we are delivering a robust and continually improving approach, in order to promote the development, welfare and secure the wellbeing of children and young people with eating disorders and their families.
