An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced psychologist looking to develop their leadership skills alongside their clinical practice. You will join the Southampton Division of Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust, based at College Keep, Southampton. We are a cohesive, supportive and friendly team with a wealth of clinical expertise including CBT, DBT, CAT, EMDR and psychodynamic approaches. We have good supervision structures and an excellent track record of CPD, as well as strong links with the University of Southampton and the University of Plymouth.

In this role, you will support the leadership of a team of psychological therapists working in community mental health services across Southampton. The role will involve management, supervision, consultation and training, alongside some time dedicated to clinical work. You will lead on psychology provision to one of the three community mental health teams in Southampton. You will also lead on the development of Clinical Associates in Psychology (CAPs) within community services. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a new model of working.
