If you are a newly qualified registrant we will provide you with a structured preceptorship programme to support you in making an effective transition from student to registered practitioner. ACE will support you to progress your journey with us and we offer all our registrants the opportunity to engage in ‘Career Navigation’ conversations which will help you explore your career aspirations and make decisions about your career trajectory.
