Are you looking to further develop your skills and be part of a dynamic vibrant multi-disciplinary team?

We are currently recruiting for one Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our service, working within the Hampshire area and based in the North team. There is flexibility around bases and working hours to promote a good work/ life balance.

You will represent physiotherapy across Hampshire and Southampton and be responsible for managing your own physiotherapy caseload with support from the Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioners and provide supervision to other members of the Physiotherapy Team.

The service covers areas in Hampshire so a full driving licence is required and access to a car is essential, we can however offer flexibility around bases and working hours to promote a good work home life balance.

Ideally, you have experience of working with people with a Learning Disability, in neurology or in the community and have excellent communication skills, have a good understanding in working with people with complex physical health and 24-hour postural management.

Within the service there are opportunities for you;
  • to receive a wide range of in service training to further progress your skills to develop a specialist interest in either postural management or hydrotherapy and will have the training and supervision required to support this;
  • to share your knowledge to support students in rotation from both Southampton and Hampshire universities;
  • to undertake practice educator training and provide teaching.

Is it you we are looking for?” contact us now for an informal chat to find out more about the role the service and the next step in your career.
