Are you newly qualified?. Are you looking to develop experience of Children and Young People’s services but not sure which area you would like to work in? If so this exciting opportunity could be for you.
Our Children and young people’s services are recruiting 3 x band 5 CYP rotational practitioners. You will gain experience over a 2 year period of various mental health and emotional wellbeing services within CYP. This will include CORE CAMHS, CCETTS (camhs crisis enhanced treatment team service) and Healthy Minds.
Following completion of the rotational 2 year period a substantive position within one of the CYP areas will be offered.
Our CYP service Hubs cover areas across Lincolnshire including and Lincoln, Boston, Grantham and Louth.
The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to develop their skills, knowledge and gain experience in the different areas and work alongside a knowledgeable, passionate, and dedicated MDT, who are all active in research, education, and training.
You will receive regular supervision; and will be actively encouraged and supported in continual professional development. Specialist training and learning opportunities are encouraged and supported in this position. Our very supportive teams have a good sense of humour and are extremely passionate about what we do; making sure we look after each other’s wellbeing.
