We are looking for a confident Senior Care & Support Worker/Care & Support Team Leader with a passion for delivering outstanding care. You will be working 42 hours a week (day and night shifts, between 8am-8pm and 8pm-8am), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Gledholt.

We are looking for a confident Senior Care & Support Worker/Care & Support Team Leader with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
Youll be working 42 hours a week,day and night shifts, between 8am-8pm and 8pm-8am, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care atCygnet Gledholt.
Please note, you must be able to workday shiftsand night shifts.
Cygnet Gledholtis our enhanced community residential service providing outcome focused support for adults with learning disabilities, who may have behaviours that challenge and associated complex needs.
This service is located near to Greenhead Park.
Shift Pattern
Week 1:Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday Week 2:Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Your day-to-day
- Support both management and team members in the day-to-day running of the service
- Ensure duties are allocated effectively and safely
- Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
- Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
- Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
- Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required
