Theatre Practitioner Band 6 - ODP/RN
** £1500 New starter premium**
The Queen Victoria Hospital are looking for experienced Operating Department Practitioners/Theatre Nurses.This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to further develop leadership skills in a forward thinking team, striving to provide a high standard of care to our patients.
You will have vision and leadership qualities that will contribute to a safe, productive, efficient team.
You must:
If you are successfully appointed to this role and complete a 6 month probationary period you will be eligible for a two stage New Starter Premium of £1500 in total.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will lead the team and facilitate the provision of a coordinated, high quality service in the following surgical specialities:
o Major head and neck reconstructive surgeryo Maxillofacial Surgeryo Plastic Surgery including major reconstructiono Hand surgeryo Ophthalmics, including corneal graftso Burns for reconstructive surgeryo Trauma
