We are recruiting for a Service Co-Ordinator who share/s our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
We are recruiting two Service Co-Ordinator's roles within Care Group 3, Chronic Conditions.
The post-holder will support the Service Manager in the management of all aspects of the Services, including performance management and will be directly responsible for the management and co-ordination of secretarial and administrative staff within the Directorate.

Main duties of the job
Alongside clinical leads and your Service Manager, you will plan and operationalise outpatients and diagnostic services in line with clinical staff job plans.
Monitoring of activity, workload and performance. Advising the ServiceManager/Head of Operations/Lead Clinicians of areas of concern/under performance.
You will participate in the inputting of demand and capacity modelling for the service in conjunction with the Service Manager to support performance sustainability for RTT wait times.
You will work collaboratively with clinicians to draft patient experience responses.
You will support the Clinical Director, Service Manager and Lead Nurse with our quality and safety agenda, to achieve an 'Excellence' status for your service area.
To undertake these duties without direct supervision, working within broad procedural guidelines.
