Job responsibilities

We work closely with all members of the multi-disciplinary team in what can be a challenging but overall very rewarding environment, and you will be well supported by our senior nursing team.

You will be encouraged to develop on your already excellent communication skills, caring and compassionate nature, and willingness to learn and develop. We welcome applications from both experienced and newly qualified staff nurses.

  • MUST POSSESS 998/A1 QUALIFICATION OR EQUIVALENT EXEPERIENCE OF TEACHING AND ASSESSING


Experience

  • Must have post registration experience as a registered Staff Nurse


Skills

Essential

  • Ability to write clearly and legibly. Can Articulate well with good listening skills


Knowledge

Essential

  • Must demonstrate a knowledge of the role and responsibilities of the post, clinical and non-clinical
  • Must have a working knowledge relating to Health and Safety
  • Must have a working knowledge or their responsibilities in relation to clinical risk management
  • Can demonstrate an awareness of clinical audit or benchmarking processes
  • Must demonstrate an understanding of their roles and responsibilities in respect of education and development - their own and that of others


Desirable
