This team has been amazing, supportive and a great place to grow in my first job as an SLT. Thank you so much for all the support and opportunities to develop and learn. You are all amazing!!!

I just wanted to say I have had the best time working in B& D - I have learned so much here and made so many fantastic memories and friendships. It has been the best first Speech and Language job I could've asked for.

Our team is committed to achieving improved outcomes for children referred to our service, whilst promoting evidence-based practice and embracing innovative ways of working. As a team we pride ourselves on being supportive, and have robust systems of supervision, induction and training in place allowing you to further develop your skills and interests.

We would consider applications from therapists who are about to qualify and/or have not yet received their HCPC registration, as well as therapists who are already working in a Band 5 position.
