About the Role
- Lead and coordinate a team providing holistic continence care in line with service standards.
- Act as a clinical expert, managing complex cases and running clinics such as TWOC and ambulatory catheter clinics.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to deliver integrated care.
- Mentor staff, promote professional development, and foster a culture of excellence.
What We're Looking For
- Qualifications: Registered Nurse Level 1 with current NMC registration and a recognised bladder and bowel health qualification.
- Experience: Significant clinical expertise in continence care, with leadership and management experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and IT skills, plus the ability to manage complex cases.

- Registered Nurse Level 1 with current NMC Registration. Recognised nursing qualification at degree level.
- Recognised continence/bladder and bowel health qualification or training. Assessor and supervisory trained
Experience

- Significant clinical experience in bladder and bowel health at a senior level.
- Experience of clinical leadership and supporting others to delivery high quality care

- Significant experience of working in the community, primary care setting or acute. Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team.
