An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Manager within Acute Care Group, Unplanned Care Division.
We are looking for a Service Manager with a positive mindset who motivates and drives their teams forward with inspiration.
You will display outstanding management skills and be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills. You will be proactive and have the ability to motivate others, inspire ideas and foster supportive diverse teams. You will be able to display effective problem solving and decision-making skills in a pressured environment. You will be also expected to have a positive mindset to motivate and drive your teams forward with inspiration, and be committed to developing others whilst focusing on your own personal development.

Main duties of the job
Assist the Head of Operations in meeting the Trust's strategic and operational agenda.
Oversee day to day service management issues, liaising with departments and multi- disciplinary teams as required.
To deputise for the Head of Operations as required. The role requires an individual with a relevant professional qualification and experience in the management of people and services.
Promote the service and manage partnership relations with stakeholders working with other Service and Operational Managers.
Plan and oversee the implementation of the service improvement and delivery of service performance across all domains.
Ensure compliance with clinical and operational standards and contractual requirements ensuring regular reporting to all relevant stakeholder groups.
