Looking for a band 6 Community post working for an 'Outstanding' rated Trust?Interested in job flexibility and working from home?Is health and wellbeing high on your agenda?Our Community Dietetics (Adults) team are looking for a Registered Dietitian experienced in communityworking to support our friendly team for a 9-month period due to maternity leave. The role is fully remoteworking.We can offer interesting clinical work where you can really see the difference your dietetics advice makes topatients' lives.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will provide virtual clinics/groups via telephone or video to patients with diagnoses including:IBS, diabetes, nutrition support, coeliac disease, weight management, Crohn's disease, allergies, intolerancesand neurological conditions.We are a dynamic, forward-thinking community Dietetics team with a total of 35 clinicians. Our large friendlyteam offers easy access to a wide range of highly specialist colleagues for supervision and advice. We alreadyhave an established team of Dietitians working 100% remotely.Our supportive managers are happy to agree flexible working opportunities to help with work/life balanceincluding part time working at a minimum of 0.6WTE if full time hours do not suit your current lifestyle.

QUALIFICATIONS

Essential

  • Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and Registered Health Care Professional - HCPC


EXPERIENCE

Essential

  • Minimum three years post-graduate experience as a Dietitian


EXPERIENCE

  • Practical experience in managing health related projects/complex caseloads


SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

Essential

  • Understanding of National Service Frameworks and NICE guidance to relevant to care setting and its application across health care services
