We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Diagnostic Radiographer with Postgraduate qualification in MSK and/or Chest Reporting to join our team of Reporting Radiographers.

This role willbe based 60% at Ely CDC and 40% at Addenbrooke's Hospital.

The role includes working both clinically in the X-ray department (40% total across sites) and reporting (60% total across sites). Reporting will include an initial induction and rotation through Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as required. This role is open to Radiographers qualified in MSK Reporting, Chest Reporting or dual qualification Reporting Radiographers.

Qualifications

Essential

• BSc in Diagnostic Radiography
• Master's level qualification in MSK and/or Chest reporting
• HCPC registration

Desirable

• Evidence of further relevant study
• Leadership training / willing to complete module or course

Experience

Essential

• Post qualification experience of independent MSK and/or Chest reporting in an NHS Trust
• Extensive experience in General Radiography
• Experience PACS / Epic related systems
• Experience of leadership
• Demonstrable experience of running an area independently

Desirable

• Extension of job role e.g. Health and safety / RPS
• Working with paediatrics
• Completion of staff appraisals following training
• Recruitment and selection training / involvement with interviews
• Experience in research
• Experience of UKAS
