An exciting opportunity has become available to join our team on Conwy Ward as a registered nurse specialising in Surgical patients, we work closely with the emergency dept. and SDEC
Main duties of the job
Responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of evidenced-based nursing care, working collaboratively and cooperatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families.
Assist in the management and organisation of their clinical area and participating in the education, development and supervision of other staff members.
Take responsibility for a ward or equivalent sphere of nursing, in the absence of the senior nurse or person who has continuing (24 hour) responsibility.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
